Notice Me

i try and try,
night and day,
to make you notice me.
i buy new clothes i change how i feel
so this is what you see...

i look in my mirror and think this is it
i go downstairs in my new dress and see him standing there,
he looks at me and all he does is smile and walk away
its like a silent movie, no words from our mouths,
i drop down in sadness he is not for me

i try to talk to he but he doesn't understand,
the love i had for him has died,
and now i travell alone in this cruel world,
i feel sad but happy
i feel un-loved but cared for,
why couldnt he have noticed me.
